A: One of the biggest impacts I have felt during my time with JBS is the sense of security that comes with working with JBS United and this group of people. The business ethics, team effort, and opportunities that are available with JBS put this Company in a very elite group.
Q: What would you want to tell a new employee about JBS United?
A: I would tell a new employee that JBS truly cares about the personal and professional growth of its employees and to not be reluctant to ask for help, advice or guidance. There is such an array of resources from “Seasoned Veterans” to “Young Guns” in this company and all are quite willing to help and listen to your ideas.
Q: What excites you about working at JBS United?
A: In the Farm Division, it is exciting being a part of such an ever changing industry. The challenge of improving production practices, working towards reducing costs, achieving new production goals and being a part of the growth both personally and professionally of those I work with, all make for an exciting and rewarding arena to be in.

Q: Discuss how JBS United has made an impact on your life either personally or professionally.
A: I have lived the core of my professional life working as part of the JBS United family. It has been a period of great change within the animal agriculture industry. Our company has faced tremendous adversity which has put pressure on many people within our company as we have fought to survive and find our place, corporately for sure, but also individually. I have learned, as most old people surely do, that adversity is the training ground of greatness. The only path to success is through it because there is no getting around it.
Q: What would you want to tell a new employee about JBS United?
A: Working at JBS United is more like being in a family than just being an employee at a business. There is a genuine sense of community and a spiritual bond between our people that simply does not exist in most companies.
Q: What excites you about working at JBS United?
A: The most exciting thing about working at JBS United is the opportunity to build meaningful personal relationships with wonderful people as we work side-by-side for the common good of our fellow mankind.
