Pig Nutrition

We conduct extensive research across multiple species including pigs, chickens, turkeys and horses. Research trials are conducted internally as well as in conjunction with leading agricultural colleges and animal companies.

JBS United has one of the most extensive swine research facilities and capabilities in the world. We have 14 technology research centers with more than 500 experimental pens and 24 production scale research facilities that use computerized feeding to individually monitor more than 17,000 pigs at any given time. We have the capacity to run nutrition trials for up to 45,000 animals annually through all production phases.
